Cake Competition

The Well Street Common Festival Cake Competition is back!

Showcase your baking skills this Sunday June 11th. This year’s theme is ‘Beautiful World’ - interpret that in any and every way you want! 

Bring your cake creations on Festival Day, Sunday 11 June to the tea tent on the common between 12 and 1pm. Please provide a list of all the ingredients you’ve used for allergen advice.

Judging will be at 1:15pm so make sure your bake arrives in time! We are delighted that members of Hackney Wicked Women will be our judges this year! Hackney Wicked Women | Hackney Wick's Women's Institute

Prizes on offer in 3 main categories: adult; ages 8-16 and under 8’s. With special mentions within each category too! 

So, on your marks, get set - baaaaaaake! Good Luck! 

Love baking but don’t like competitions? 

How about baking something to be sold in our tea tent to help raise funds? Cakes, brownies, biscuits or any other tasty delights! 

Please bring them along to the tea tent after 12pm together with an ingredients list. A big thank you in advance!!
